I've moved the information over that was still up to date and added a new entry from Toronto. At least this is a start. Certainly many more missing but I'm sure the dealerships will be quick to point it out if they're missing.

You think we should create categories within this page for country? Still just one article, but with sections?

And which comes first, US or Canada?

Well since it is organized in alphabetical order I'm thinking Britain, Canada and then the USA. I'll take care of that.

Curse you and your pedantic alphabetic logic!

Just to mess with you, I changed something in the article. I'll let you figure out what it is.

Yes I can see what you changed, it does look better in the larger font. I had only used italics because I always forget that I can change the font size.

I didn't actually change the font, I used H tags, as in:
This is a headline
Which looks like:
This is a headline

I'm actually working on the headline tags right now. The spacing and underlining isn't right, and I just can't leave well enough alone.

Later when there are more dealers listed would it be better to break up the US by state?

A complete list exists on the Vespa USA website and is kept current. There are only about 20 dealers on the MV Wiki list out of over 400 in the U.S.

Perhaps a link to the Vespa website at the top of the U.S. dealer list would be helpful.

[edit]
Instead of just bringing it up I went ahead and added it. Hope it's helpful.

You're welcome to compile a list and post it. I, for one, am not going to click on each state and cut/paste each dealer. Maybe you have a contact at Piaggio who can get a list in excel or something?

I didn't mean to add their content to MV Wiki, but to add a link to their already existing page.
I went ahead and added it.

Head mechanic is Chris. Good guy, knows his stuff. Small shop, but get to know them and they will always be glad to help you out.

Two up and one down:

Vespa of Columbia and Vespa Boston have been added.

Vespa Shadyside in Pittsburgh has, sadly, has gone down the swirly drain and has been removed from the list.

That looks great. I think there is another dealer in New Braunfels Texas that isn't on there. I'll try to find it. They primarily sell Aprilia but I think they sell Vespa/Piaggio too.

The website for Vespa House in Melbourne is http://www.vespa-house.com.au/

They are a great dealer/service place, I exclusively used them when I lived in Melbourne could not have asked for better service.

Another Great dealer.
Another great dealer is Seacoast Sport Cycles in Derry, NH. Fair deals and good service. I got my Piaggio Fly 150 there and have used them since for service. My only issue with them is they are forty miles from my house. I wish they could move a little closer.

Canadian Dealerships
I've noticed that the listing of Canadian dealers is out of date, there are several missing dealers, and several dealers listed who are no longer in business, or are no longer Vespa dealers (e.g. Motoretta in Toronto is now a Honda dealership).

With the permission of the forum, I would like to undertake updating the Canadian section to reflect as closely as possible the current situation in Canada by province.

Another issue with them is they now carry 0 scooters. All motorcycles now. Went in to get my inspection done a few months ago and they have nothing Piaggio in stock.
