I'd actually visited 4th/7th street bridges until I realized ... I was wrong. Can I use my bicycle for this? It's on the way to the library.

I’m unemployed due to covid so I’ve got time to play tag. Funny on the timing. I was headed out to tag the ostrich mural when I checked before I left and saw you had a new pee wee tag. So after it I went.
