Hello there,
I am once again begging for your Vespa knowledge. I tried a search on this topic but couldn't find what I need, sorry if this has already been asked and answered. Okay, so my question is, are there any specific books you guys know of that explain how to do repairs on/ restore old Vespas.
Thanks again

See http://www.themotorbookstore.com/scooters.html for some possibilities.

Between the Haynes manual ( blue one for Pre-p series, red one for P series + T5 ), vespamaintenance.com and scooterhelp.com ...

...the other books are all kinda shite. I owned the Bob Darnell "how to restore your ..." book, and it's not very helpful.

I picked up the Bob Darnell "how to restore..." book a while back, I could have gotten more use out of it 10 years ago, though it does have some good tips on making certain tools as well as helpful hints. Its really more of a minor supplement to the haynes manual. Like Eric I tend to refer to scooterhelp.com and vespamaintenance.com. smallframes.com is helpful as well.
