Yup.. some wideframe model. Not sure which. Wideframe tanks are easy to spot as they have no holes for bolts like the largeframe / smallframe tanks do.

Plus, they're way curvier across the top.

yeah, basically. The rear seat bracket somewhat holds it in, but not tightely. I think there's still room fro them to rattle a bit. The weight of the gas inside probably keeps it still as well.
