Woah, Trek Y-Bike? What year is that?!!?
My Trek Y3 was purchased in Toulon France in 1996.
I was stationed in Sardinia on a ship (US Navy) when the full suspension craze hit. I was riding a unsprung Bianchi Grizzly before.
The ship went to France and I found a great bike shop and HAD to have it.
I paid about $100 more because it was a US made bike in France.
I got Mavic rims for it in 98, and the new fork last year.
Not the best, but more bike than my skill on the single trac is willing to go.
Solid bike!

Thanks for the Photos from Chelyabinski
Jah,

I love this forum. I immediately had to go on Google and Wikipedia to look
up your city of Chelyabinski Russia. Great Historical stuff. Minnesota (North Central USA) was nothing but mosquitos and black bears when Chelyabinski was a thriving cultural metropolis.

Sadly I think some of us are the "younger" PTW riders. This the average age is about 58 for those that ride bikes I believe. Vespa riders may even be older on average? It would be good to see a few younger Vespa rides post here for sure.
