I am going tomorrow afternoon. I will take some photos and post the pics! I was in the Vespa shop today and the gave me 8 free tickets! Anyone else in Bangkok who needs free tickets, swing by the dealership on Thong Lor.

As promised...

The Vespa booth at the show was quite impressive. While much smaller, it was certainly classy. It certainly was less obnoxious and loud compared to many of the other booths. You can view my other Vespa images here...

I am not certain what "pannies" are but I did ask about where they got all the stuff. My friend inquired for me but said it was all bought around Bangkok. If your Thai is not masterful, I suggest giving Khun Somsak at the dealership a call. His English is good and he is a really nice kid.

Also, the guy at the top notes he sells the accessories. I am going to drop him a mail once I get my chrome rails. I am not going big but will likely add a couple lights.

I meant the bags that were attached to the sides of the scooter. I hope I haven't made a blunder by using a totally wrong word. Oh boy...it wouldn't be the first time

I'm Thai but thank you for the tip. I have been meaning to visit the Thonglor showroom. Now I know who to talk to

Pannies, short for panniers. Certainly an acceptable term for such a thing though PTW riders generally call them saddle bags.

I wish I could see that scoot without all the lights because that paint job looks pretty sweet.

More images....

This should give you a little better idea of the paint job. It was a sweet bike. I have not been one for all the mirrors and lights but that one was getting the ooohs and ahhs of a lot of people.

I have heard of Panniers but not Pannies. I googled it and let's just say, I will stick with saddle bags....hehe.

Akarin. If you get a price for those panniers/pannies/saddle bags, please post it up. Would love to get them. I am sure it will come handy when you need more storage.
