I'm looking for something fall off the bar stool easy to make for my friends Superbowl party.
Although any nice appetizer recipe would be fun to read.
Any ideas?

pro tip: cut the onions into thin rounds or half them and cut them length wise so that you can scoop them out for topping. go with decent beer (i used kona fire rock pale ale), skip the sauerkraut and drop the brown sugar to 1 tblsp add a dash of white pepper and be done with it. oh, and use unsalted butter. i also have a slow cooker recipe for a cheezy black bean dip if you need. best, -greasy |

Super easy...
1 block cream cheese spread on a platter, spread cocktail sauce over and top with a pound or so small salad shrimp. Serve with assorted crackers. |

Yeah. . .
this year Cohen's Kosher Barbecue is doing pulled pork. Its back by popular demand. Haven't done pulled pork for about three years. Pork and beef ribs the past three years. I think we did brisket the year before that. |

Okay - When it comes to easy snacks I like cream cheese with pepper jelly on top and you eat them with golden grahams ceral.
Weird I know - but I loves it. Ingredients 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup mild pepper jelly- can be mildly warmed in the microwave Directions Spread jelly over the block of cream cheese. Eat with crackers. |

I have 2:
These. Are. Amazing. Marinated baked sandwiches. http://homecooking.about.com/od/appetizerrecipes/r/blapp91.htm Protip: Double the sauce. Make these whith any meat and cheese you desire. We have use salami w/ swiss and prosciutto w/ smoked gouda. Also, the marinating doesn't make them soggy, so dont worry. Also, these are pretty easy and you know, AMAZING. Baked jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and sausage. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/sausage-stuffed-jalapenos/ |

I'm on a good-night drink right now. Laphroaig Quarter Cask. Dilted by ,me more than usual as it comes 48% ABV out of the bottle. Found it on a very silly special offer in Tescos a couple of days ago - offer now gone. I wanted to get a case of it!
