I'm pretty certain, it's been resprayed at some point; the cowl guards are scooterworks imports, not original; wrong tail light; probably re-pop cowls with aftermarket turn signals, but a VBB-style switch plate on the headset and no lefthand horn/hi-lo; tail light replaced, too. It should have a tractor light.
The mudguard looks like it's off a P; seems like it's wider than a Sprint mudguard.
Even if it's legit, it's worth nowhere near three grand. Even here in the midwest, where sprints & supers are super-expensive for some reason, that bike would go for around $2k.
All-in-all, I'd definitely keep right on walking past that one.
