2010 s150 with lots of rust on the chassis will need to replace or any one with any other options

You should post pictures - nobody can assess the extent of the issue and the options without more information and an eye on it.

The metal is pretty thick on most parts of these, so it takes a lot of rust time to truly ruin the metal - depending on what you are talking about maybe nothing needs replacement, and instead just treatment and paint. Alternatively, if it's swiss cheese it may need a really skilled metal worker to repair cleanly, or could even be unsafe to ride.
