What kinda treasures ya got?
I'll go first: earplugs (foam and concert) in a screw top tin, shorty usb for charging in glovebox, longer usb for charging in the ram mount, first aid kit, wireless earbud case (usually plugged into the USB), green rain poncho, emergency blanket (behind the poncho), magnetic flat flashlight on the door, and of course the toolkit (to which I've added some Allen keys and a tire gauge).

That's an impressive glovebox selection. A great idea to supplement the Vespa tool kit with additional tools, it is very, very basic. I'll post a picture of mine when I see it again, my scooter is currently sat inside a shipping container being transported from my previous residence in Cyprus to my new abode in the U.K.

"longer usb for charging in the ram mount"

Just wondering, how do you get the glove box to close when running the cable to the ram mount?

The bottom corners of the glovebox door have a short cut away section (visible in the picture above) that allows my cable through with no issues.

In my case, I'm actually not - I have a usb port installed in the left kneepad.

I changed the USB to mini with one that has 3 plug ends; micro, mini & lightning. I can charge anything. There's a spare spark plug for the scoot and a little bottle of glucose for the diabetic driver. After a ride in needle rain 💦 I added a thin neck and face gator. Gets too hot in there for ChapStick.
The inside door is a good place for the Basic 25 Roadside Assistance sticker. Better than AAA because Basic has trailers for motorcycle/scooters with anchor points to secure your ride.
