Hi there, I was wondering if anyone might know how many of the silver with red/maroon seat 2016 GTV's were made for the US? I have one and I am just curious.

The 2016 GTV 300 ABS silver with maroon seat is what I have, although mine's been upgraded with Malossi performance mods. She's a fast machine!

That color of seat with silver is stunning. Hey, we are talking Italians here -

Was the maroon seat standard with the silver that year? Is it leather?

I'm pretty sure the maroon was standard with the silver for the GTVs that year. And no, it's not leather (but looks like it)!

I got maroon leather gloves to match my seat; I'm thankful the seat doesn't bleed color like the gloves do!

Great responses!!! I love hearing from everyone. I'm so glad I posted.

I did a few mods on mine but I have all the original parts still. While I absolutely LOVE the maroon seat, I just don't find it comfortable. So I changed it up. Plus, I put a seat warmer in this seat!! It's wonderful. And I added heated grips. They are fantastic!

I plan on installing a silver Malossi muffler next.

This thread is where I fell in love with the 2016 GTV 300. I missed a couple because I just wasn't ready. Bought one out of state Saturday. So excited. I'll add pictures when it arrives next week.

Looking now I see that some have front luggage racks and some not. Did some of you take them off?

Anybody convert the headlight to LED? What bulb did you use?

On my 2018 Vespa Sei Giorni which is the successor to the GTV, it has a plate on the glove box and mine is #1170. I don't know if this is out of 2500, 5000 or some other amount. It would be interesting to note.

And a phone holder. Anyone use one which attaches to the handlebars?

This is asked by a GTV newbie who doesn't have his GTV yet.

I think a GTS 300 ie is the same base vehicle as the GTV 300 ie for any given year. Thus we can order GTS parts for our GTV's? with obvious exceptions. Correct?

what is the diameter of the handlebars on the GTV. I'm looking for a ram U-Bolt mount to fit.

That would attache to a 6" arm and that to a Quad lock ball adapter. Trying to avoid the mirror stem mount so my phone ends up more centered. If I need to look for GTS directions, Id like to look center rather than to the side.

What year is the GTS that you don't own?
