Hi, I am working on a Piaggio MP3 Sport 2009 (Gilera Fuoco).
The throttle cable is busted, and I need some guidance on how to get the wires through the steering column, center body, to the butterfly valve.

Remove the steering head plastic trim pieces (upper and lower), along with the center tupperware plastic. This is 75% of the job.

Best way is to trace the path of the old busted cable as you feed in the new cable. This way the new cable will be located in the exact same path as the old.

Consult the factory service manual for full details.

tip Replace both push and pull and don't buy aftermarket

Sbaert, I can follow the manuals. I just hope someone who has done this would find a cleverer way to replace it.

Thanks for the tip also Maksor.

Is there a way to remove the wires easily without ripping up the whole throttle body?
