Looking for some suggestions. My p200e started chugging/jerking at the lower end of the gears. It will power through and get up to smooth running and gets up to top speed.. but I have been going through everything to try and figure it out. Changed spark, cleaned jets, adjusted fuel mix experimented with jetting (has a sip road 2 on it currently am testing a 120 main but it chugged through 125, 122 as well) cleaned filter above float. Newer Spaco carb. I am not the biggest fan of them but the Delorto it had on it was warped from over tightening so I had to replace it. Compression reads at 115. I have ordered some spark plug wire to see if that helps. It will occasionally idle with a chug as well and when I apply downward pressure to the wire where it meets the CDI it smooths out. Hopefully a new wire might help. Wondering if anyone has experienced this and where they looked to fix it? any help appreciated.

Maybe you just need to tighten up the female connector on that wire ?

What's odd is after removing the wires from the cdi to read them and putting them back in it fired right up and runs smooth. No more chugging. It may have been a case of one of the wires not making a good connection causing an intermittent or weak spark.
