It used the same bolts and grommets as the stock screen. Just note the two grommets on the bottom are a different length than the four on the sides.

However, it only has three holes and none of them line up with the original six bolts. I think i may have to do more investigating and maybe drill out my own holes for the bolts and gromets..

All the packaging is for AF504, even the box.. it looks like it fits well around fairing too.. When you mention black plastic you mean the sheild behind the shield what would be called a dashboard in a car?
