Modern Vespa

I'm new to piaggio so I have no clue where are parts located
Please help
No spark
I can hear the pump coming on and starter but I've pulled the spark plug out and no spark
Some people say bad CDI
If so, where is it located?what does it look like and a part number?
Also how do I check the cdi if it's good or bad
I'm comfortable to work with a multimeter
Some people said it could be the transmitter
If so, why is the pump and starter coming in

Sounds like the immobilizer is playing interference.

Is the red CODE (anti theft) LED staying on when you turn on ignition?

IF so, then that is the reason why you have no spark.

The key has a chip that has to be detected or the cdi won't get power

The red light is indeed on
Do you by chance have a part # of the immobilizer and also where is it located?
Should I try to reprogram the key before I buy the immobilizer?also how can I check if the immobilizer is bad?
