It's amazing what a relatively small change in suspension geometry does for how force is transferred to the shock. My only concern is I'm not sure this would be pleasant with sport suspension - it firms things up a lot on its own, and I feel like I'd probably only want to run it with sport suspension if I was doing a lot of performance riding.
I will say the Carbone instructions, in charmingly poorly-translated English, left a bit to be desired - I actually wound up taking it back apart and putting things together a little differently from the implied procedure in the printed instructions.
I love the cute little briefcase it comes in too
