Hi is a 1966 Blue Badge 150cc Allstate comparable to a Vespa Sprint? Is this more desirable than an earlier Allstate Cruisaire (125cc 3 speed)?

Does this model typically come with a 2 up seat as opposed to the smaller one person saddle?

Anyone knowledgeable can explain the nuisances of this specific year and model.

Oh and the mickey mouse taillight
anything else to look for when considering one?
