RFID Duplicator is your friend
I'm new to this forum so don't know the etiquette on FAQ comments but here goes.

If you have a blue key, it should be simple to duplicate the RFID chip. RFID duplicators cost $30 on eBay. It's a simple device that reads the RFID chip then writes it to a RFID fob - the kind that's often used for door access.

Now that you have the RFID fob, you just attach it to your scooter close enough to your ignition. Now, just get the key cut to match your blue key. Your security system will read the RFID fob to defeat the immobilizer and your key will fit the ignition.

I've never done this with a scooter but it's a common hack with cars.

With regards to the RED (Brown) and Blue keys. The Vespa 50 series do not have a RED (Brown) key. 150 and above series do have both set of keys. So not all Vespa have the RED (Brown) key as mentioned in the FAQ.
