Unfortunately for auto vespa riders the bar Italia scooter club is only open to geared scooters so unless you have a vintage lurking in your shed it's not an option.

Does anyone know of a club that welcomes autos in central or west london?

this really anoyys me this geared vs auto argument. were all scooter riders. why discriminate against auto riders?

Elitist W**kers. I bet they never ride their prized possesions any further than the coffee house. I've got a geared scoot, an auto and a motorbike, this sort of snobbery and segregation does not keep the scene alive (as they suggest), it's killing it off!
