So our Buggy Parts group buy is on and I'm getting ready to order my sliders and variator slides, but I'm having trouble confirming the right parts through search here.

Here's what I think is right, please confirm or correct me if not:

Slider Weights: 25x17 size?

Variator Slides/Horseshoes: Part #2517-P?

There is also an option for adding "variator clips" to the sliders for $10. Is this another term for the horseshoes, or something else? If something else, what are they, and are they something I want to get as part of this?

I wouldn't say there's a "correct" weight, since it's partly a matter of taste. Some of us have 15 gram weights on 400s and are very happy with them. Others probably use 16s as well.

IIRC the "clips" are horseshoes, and you definitely want to replace them with every slider change (they're cheap, too).

I'm not asking about the weight, I'm asking about the size, and the part numbers for the horseshoes. Razz emoticon 25x17 comes in about a dozen different weights, but I need to make sure they are the right fit...

8× 25×17 is the size and the weight can be 21 20 19 18 17 16 15 and 14 grams and the sliders 4 × 25×17 also

i would go for 17gram smoother then 16

I ordered 25 x 17 x 18g. they're as close to standard roller size/weight which are 25 x 17 x 18.5g. (without going over) which is what I wanted. Their customer service is also very helpful in giving you helpful advice in making your decision.

Hope this helps.
