First of all I can say, that I'm from Ukraine (russian speaker) and my english is not perfect.. and now I live in Riccione Italy.
So let me tell my story

When I come to Italy I realized that Vespa here is one of the most popular transport at all The Italian streets is very narrow and it's hot in summer time. I become really love Vespa a specially GTS 300

because I really like two wheels, haze big expiriense with cars and after with sport bike. I prefer to buy legend moto such us Vespa GTS300 it was perfect choice to me.

I went in every single dealer Piaggio in Rimini-Riccione-Catolica
in the June but in order I will get my wheels only on August

For Me the best is Orange Super Sport!!

But it was already order by somebody..

Any way I can't wait for more then mount.. and I knew definitely I will tuned that wheels, so I start to find something used ))

I check every thing on Emilia Romagnia. And Finally I Find My PANDA )))

Why Panda? It's my favorite animal!! )) Well.. You will see.. I just can say, its heavy, slow and lazy..
_____________________________________________________________

And here it is..

It was only 2000km. but the condition is like a new.. just for 3200euro
also 600 for insurance and registration.
It is 2008 but when I first see it I think somebody not young use it before I was right )) when I saw the previous owner that was a old men about 75-80 years old. He bought it for go to the market and local use only but it was too big and heavy for him and his foot problems.. For me it's just perfect 2000-preparatory running))

And In first day i come to find some friends who know some think about Vespa.. And I find this place to get some information..
In My past I haze Yamaha r6 http://cs4324.userapi.com/u17611906/93849872/x_9c2e94a0.jpg first season for street use only and my second season start with accident and broken bike and leg.. http://cs4121.userapi.com/u25444148/68886498/x_bd2d0c26.jpg and after I was rebuild it only for track..
It was very good experience to use two wheels for race in different track all over Ukraine

It's like my Vespa.. when I cruise the only one moto who can beat me it's TMax.. But with Malossi suspension + Pure Power Michelin.. + My moto track skills on corners I can beat them easy.. I would like to see them eyes when Vespa follow them or beat them.. It's funny ))))

I just translate your post to english it's become more easy to me )) thanks it's already installed on Tuesday, by electrician.. ))
Hard work I can do by my self.. but electricity it's not my.. so I prefer to trust the professionals ))
also I put led lamp in running light with five micro leds inside and absolutely flat and very bright. So now when I stop engine in night time, the light still good enough to park the Vespa in garage with no other lights such as garage main or moto main light. ))

Bi-xenon HID kit 4300k with flat led running light

new pair of tined mirrors

Rapid bike easy
Feel little of power in start in med torque and +10km/h
now gas more likely.. to do with no full throttle only.
And I very like sound of my Akrapovic with this Rapid bike.. more loud and deep.. also in close gas shooting like sport bike.
so I can say good different for only 190euro

Finally.. I have question for all hard tuners.. what else I can do to it?
Please tell me yours ideas to me.. ))

Well it's easy just like plug and play.. the is two port one instead lambda, the other one I think for standard ECU system. the other black just for ground (-)
and inside of this box two regulators.. one for map the other is for fuel supply injection.
tomorrow I will probably install my Malossi Head with 282cc... will make normal photo of connection and settings too..
In first days use different settings.. but the best results I get on maximum set..
and the petrol ends quickly )))

but it is nothing compared to the result

Today I finally get my scooter from my mechanic..
and totally instal my new engine parts..
Malossi 282сс cilinder kit with Malossi Head

Sorry to copy photo from internet.
I work for tree last days from 8-22 and I did not make any photo of process..
I just get scooter today.. make my first ~20km. with smallest RPM and 60km/h maximum
And tomorrow will get my old engine things, make some photos as well

Also put new Oil for my engine
Motul Scooter Power 5W40

with Malossi oil filter

So tomorrow will get as much as I can.. pre-running km.
as I usually do..
First 50-70km with smallest RPM.. after increase RMP equals to km..
such as 0-100km 3-3.5 (1000rpm)
100-200km 3.5-4.5 (1000rpm)
200-300km 4.5-6 (1000rpm)
350-500km 5000rpm+
Then in 350-400km change the filter+Oil..
And Go Go GO!!!

Hi gays !!
First of all Sorry to keep you waiting so long for results.
Was in the islands for holiday, 40days no internet and so.. )))

Now I hasten to share with you that today I finished pre-run for engine, change the oil and get my results!!
It's fantastic, amazing, incredibly cool
The sound more like a SBK bike And the torque it unreal

Today was rainy and it is not possible to test all of the full, but the maximum speed increased up to 140.. Easy!! I do not even feel the 120 Screw-up and continue to reach more easily.
as I said today is rainy and the road is wet, twice i feel wheel drift (slip) from the road on the start. but I can not tell you how much I like the new motor!!

Now the other side of the coin: I become to feel in the turns that my rear wheel breaks into a skid.. I thought it silentblock or bearing.. but my mechanic broke my hopes that this is my rear tyre Sides are not good, I'dont know why but the left side has worn off, maybe it depends on the style of my ride but the tires are not good
In front of me a dilemma what to buy next.. some of users Vespa like the 140 for rear.. but according to my style of driving, my mechanic strongly advises me slicks and 120 on the front and back .. but they have rounded sides and excellent road holding .. I understand there are no such people, but I really want to try .. low-profile slick tires.

Guru - what you all think about my decision 120 slicks?

P.S. While waiting for oil change today, took a few pictures of interesting Moto

just a quick question
doesn't the 300 ie start out as a 278cc? So the Malossi 282 cc kit is only going up 4cc's? Does it give that much more power? Does it have more to do with the larger valves? Just curious? Do you happen to know if that cylinder kit is compatible with the gt200? I am working towards that goal.

Well, actually you're right ))
When I spoke with the mechanic, he recommended to me HEAD v4 as it gives a good torque! in any case 282cc Malossi pistons is better than original 278 Piaggio. I think ))

Onse I got it all, why not?
MotoMix (Malossi dealer) gave me a volume discount of 30% so I have good price for Full Kit and the result has impressed me completely ..

I think that 282сс pistons will not give a big difference .. But Full 282cc + V4 Head make a difference ))

I'm now thinking more about the turbo than the nitrous oxide ))

as we say, if you trust your girlfriend your technique so you trust it the most important thinks. I trust her.. And she drive very well.. She love Drifting on my Evolution IX (car) with ~500hp. And she love be a passenger on Yamaha R6.. So Vespa is like toy ))

Today order Secondary gears Malossi will come in one week I believe it's make difference on my top speed.. with all Malossi parts guess it will be good end..

Also, one of my friend manufacturing everything from REAL CARBON

Planing to send him a lot's of Vespa parts to get back in carbon, such us front wind, body of head light, and a lots of small caps and so..

The price will be much cheeper less than in PMtuning and so..

So for winter no need to use a scooter, try to get as much as possible.. Stay to see what happens next

Yes! my friend just now took my friend mechanic he took my Panda to his workshop place.. I'm curious
but the weather about zero.. it's not possible.. by this time I take off the front wing, body of head lights and steering wheel .. and all the other little pieces and send to my friend that would do on REAL CARBON..
So the result will be as soon as possible..

Hi Egor

Where can I but the Rapid Bike Easy for my 300 GTS SS? I also have the Acrapovic exhaust, and a Malossi red sponge filter.

Is there a noticable difference?

Glad that you interesting..

I buy all my things in local store in Italy motomix.com
But I believe if you try to find in google you will see somewhere around )
If not, I can help you to buy and send by mail. ))

Well I start from Red Malossi filter.. but I really suggest you to cut Air Filter Box
Example Air Filter mod - picture and measurements added.

and after you will feel difference
8)
I change my exhaust because I do a lot km/day and on max speed.. for more than 3hours per time.. My pipe on fire it's became very loud and shit sound.. I decide to buy Akrapovic coz it's best and problem is gone ))

and when you try to do with bigger air and bigger exhaust the scoot more like go in full throttle.. You will lose "middle" and you will get only in full gas.. So the "magic box" such as Rapid Bike will make map for your style.. you can chose between Economic - City or Max Settings for Race )) e.c
It's very helpful I think and nice thing ))
