I looked at one yesterday in the store and it looks like it does but it is much closer to the canister but I am no expert. Someone elses needs to chime in.

If by that you mean does it have a two-piece exhaust, yes, and there's a GTS-type gasket in between. As noted, though, the joint is actually on the side of the bike, rather than underneath it, and so is at least accessible and (more importantly) visible.

And farther away from vitals like brake lines.....
