Vespa USA didn't bother taking a pic of an actual US-spec model. You'll notice that photo doesn't have the DOT reflectors on it, either. For a while, they even had that photo up with the DOT turn signals usually used on the LX series. The front rack there is just Photoshopped on.

Every real photo I've seen of a 2013 GTV in the US has chrome wheels.
