hello! im trying to adjust my headlight beam. at the moment its aimed above the road and makes it difficult to see at night. when i screw/unscrew the screw underneath the light, it doesn't move the beam up or down? any ideas? is it broken?
cheers for any feedback. its an lx by the way.

Look closely. There are two screws under the LX headlight. One of them helps to hold the front half of the headset plastic on, and the other is the headlight adjustment screw.

It's a special screw with a circumferential groove machined into it near the tip. The groove is supposed to turn in a slot in a sheet metal tab on the headlight assembly to drive it up and down. Perhaps the groove jumped out of the slot.

You may have to remove the headset plastic to diagnose it.
