I know many of you were watching the amazing space jump a few weeks ago. The BBC have just broadcast a 90 min documentary about the build up and jump.

Not sure many of you will be able to see it via the BBC, but do try to beg, borrow or steal your way to view it on Iplayer or any other method. Called Space Dive, boradcast on 4th November 2012, made in partnership with National Geographic.

If you are in the UK, you have until 11th November to watch it - so hurry up.

It is quite remarkable (there is so much more to it than the final "jump"). Quite how it actaully got completed I do not know. That man has got some balls! (I have jumped from 14,000 feet and that was terrifying beyond anything I could ever imagine (he jumped from 128,000) - though, once you are falling, it is fine, just opening the hatch and jumping was the scary part).

Enjoy it.
