My Mechanic and Machine guy has asked me to test and report back to him on a P200 barrel and piston he has played with on the ports etc...

What I want to find out is... and this is what I have worked out after searching different threads.

A P200 Barrel can be put on a Rally 180 but only IF the skirt is machined, is that correct?

When people talk about the skirt being machined do we need to machine both the length and the diameter, or just one of these? once this has been machined can it then be used on a P200 again or will it be an issue.

Are their any issues with the crank and shaft that I would need to do?

Jetting... recommendation currently I am running a 105 main Jet but i am about 5500feet above sea do i just up jet to about a 112 or would I need to also change the carb to a 24/24. and If I go to the coast a 115 main jet should be okay or???
