How do you turn on the headlight? Is it on all the time when you start the motor? My headlight does not seem to come on. I only see a switch for the high or low beam but not a switch to turn on the headlight.

I have a 1977 model. I will have to get a meter out to see if I am getting voltage to the headlamp I guess.
So the headlight is on all the time when the motor is running? |

The American market P-series has the headlight on when the engine is running and you can't turn it off.

its from the same set of laws in the 80's that required turn signals. all 2wheelers must have always on lighting.

When it comes down to it, it really just depends on how you have wired up your scoot. No right or wrong way as long as all the electrical components are functioning. In other words, no worries with your headlight as long as it lights up when you are riding.

Young grasshopper no care. Modified wiring harness work long time!
Edit: P.S. I can't see the emoticons anyways. They are just showing up as squares. You all think I am a square ass grasshopper haha! |
