This little copper tab snapped off, can I solder this and still have a good connection? As far as the current passing through. I'd think it'd be fine?

Take the wires of the remaining piece, push them thru the rivet and solder away. As long as the solder doesn't interfere with something.

Sweet, I was thinking the same thing. Putting them through the hole, not all the way through to where they touch something else, and solder up. Cool, thanks!
