That does look good. It's also refreshing to see the lack of designer checkerboard floor and antiseptic look of some shops. Mine looks better, if more clutter and dirty/disorganized counts as better.

I also like the USA style tail light. Is it really going to stay? They often get made fun of along with mirrors, signals and headlight size.

It's also good to see mechanical camaraderie is still alive. It is dwindling here where every good redneck/hillbilly like me used to have a shop and greasy fingernails. There is now a new breed of shapeshifter blobs being grown in the glow of video screens.

More pictures!

The tail light is a trailer light modified to receive the original bulb fixture. It was $12 at Kragen Autoparts.

nice!

thought about using the trailer lights since they can be had for $10-12 and come in LED now... same mounting holes as the CEV square thing.

Ah yes ok that I`m familar with, only we in the Harley world drill holes in the air box , add a hi flow K&N filter and add non restrictive pipes, definately adds to the torque.

SF - don't forget to drill the front brake drum so that the holes cut across the brake race turning it into a cheese grater so it stops better.

And while you're at it, you should mount a trailer hitch under the tail light, which I love by the way.

I wish I had time to stop over and see this WIP. It looks pretty sharp.

Question: Is the rally engine the same or like a p200e? Are there larger top ends for P200 engines? I have a choice, lose some weight or get a few more HP.

Really nice work. ( I am still chucklin over the hole drilling).

Coming along nicely SF!
The guy who created the Meshpa, must really know a lot about this "drilling holes" stuff.
