Folks, I had my son and his cousin whack the front right tire and no major damage....but the little aluminum got dented.

It really made me mad as there are really only two spots on an MP3 that show it was dropped or side swipped.

One is the brake handle/handle chrome cap on throttle or other handle...the other is the front tire hub caps. The one I have now is dented and it is a per peeve often.

How can I pop this off and banner this back to round?

Help!!

...I have never seen these sold by themselves/pairs. Always included with the purchase of a rim

I push them out from the back. Prying with a screw driver may scratch the rim.

I took a picture of removing that cap in this thread MP3 Tire change in 43 photos . Remove the wheel and push it out from the back.
