I usually wear my Draggin' jeans, but when it's cold I've found that I like fleece-lined. I got a pair of LL Bean, but I want another pair in a slightly different size. I'm not in love with how the LL Bean ones are stitched inside. I received some Carhartt ones I ordered (where I thought the stitching was more finished), but I'm sending them back because they were only available in the "relaxed" fit and I'm swimming in them. A lot of lined jeans are only the "carpenter" type, but I'd prefer just regular lined jeans, probably not in the generous fit category. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Back in the day when i did a bunch of sports i used my paddling pants from kayaking when i skied and for other things as well. Got to expensive to have clothes for every sport or thing i did. Plus storing them was a pain. So i used my paddling stuff for most everything. Put them over your Draggin or other pants and they'll hold in the heat and their waterproof. It's not like your in Alaska so i'd bet they'd keep you warm. Fold up nice and small. I even wore them over here when i had the Helix. Put them on over my scrubs and they kept me dry and warm on those winter freeway commutes. Any outdoor store should have them. Don't know in mine were North Face or Patagonia. Had a name brand tho. They were still good after 25yrs when i gave them away. Now to answer your question. Dickies are comfortable. Good luck

I love my Carhartt flannel-lined pants. The relaxed fit works for me
Duluth Trading Co. has some fleece-lined fire hose pants. I keep meaning to buy a pair but haven't yet. I've heard nothing but good things about them. |

I tried the LL Bean ones and didn't like the fit, personally. I've got 2 pair of Eddie Bauer fleece lined jeans that I got off eBay for a song. They've held up better than any other jeans I own, and are very comfy. I tried some on in the store to figure out what size worked best.
