Modern Vespa

I'm trying to find a tall windshield for a 2005 Piaggio BV200. I have looked everywhere and called the dealers and I understand they have been discontinued. Also, no other brand appears to be compatible. Any suggestions?

Have you tried http://www.af1racing.com? They have Piaggio parts. How much different is it to the 350? Although I have an MP3 400, I got my windshield from them and love it!!

I have been told that nothing is compatible and Piaggio has discontinued the 200 windshield. Thanks for the info and I will check there.

I know how you feel, I have been looking for a Givi 154A for my 2009 Aprilia Scarabeo 200......

It's very frustrating. I really love my scooter but really need a windshield! I tried that place you suggested and am hopeful. I'm gonna call them tomorrow. Thanks again for your help.

Givi and Faco made a screen. some poking around and there are some EU sites with Faco 22201 screens which appear to be the right model for BV200

Not sure about your exact requirements. I wanted the wind protection of a tall windshield, but did not like the looks. I opted for the mid size Faco and the LaminarLip. Total wind blockage, works great. I can look over the windshield, but the airflow goes over my helmet. It's an option.

Thanks for the option. I did check with someone who could make what you described. He said no problem...until he looked at how it was connected to the bike. Not enough support as it is now. After I have pursued every option on getting the windshield it is suppose to have, I'll see what can be done to make one. Sadly, I have little knowledge of mechanics of all this so I have had to rely on the kindness of strangers, of which you are one. Thank you.

I would keep a keen eye out on eBay, too. You never know what someone's got sitting around these days.

Mounting kits are available on many sites. Again, a little creative searching will find those as well.
