I really dislike the look of most top boxes, but the Givi e45 might work for me. I guess. I would go with the e36 but apparently it won't hold a modular helmet? (I have a Shoei Multitec).

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this -- will an e45 fit onto an LXV, and if so, does anyone have pics to share?

Thanks!!

A Givi E36 is more a side pannier than a top box. An E45 is big and would look a bit daft on a small scooter perhaps. There are other options though; you'd be better with one of the monolock cases like the E340 Vision.

Thanks. I saw these but don't like how round/spaceship-like/overly-designed they are. Looking for something that looks more utilitarian. I actually like the look of an old milk box that someone posted here but I need something removable.

The E300 is actually very basic... it looks more designed on the website than it actually is. It's smallform and will take a helmet.

I just came across this and think it's the bee's knees. The only drawback is that it's a bit large and, more to the point, not easily removable. Otherwise I'd go this route in a heartbeat.
