My house.
Built in 1927 as part of a well planned neighborhood, three miles from downtown Jacksonville. The neighborhood is now a historic district with mixed uses throughout. There are at least six good restaurants within two blocks along with numerous shops. Churches, apartments and offices are within a few blocks as well. People walk and bike everywhere. I scoot. It is my kind of place.
