Nice house, Sticky. The front porch reminds me of the one my grandmother had when we were young. Nice yard, too.

My house.
Built in 1927 as part of a well planned neighborhood, three miles from downtown Jacksonville. The neighborhood is now a historic district with mixed uses throughout. There are at least six good restaurants within two blocks along with numerous shops. Churches, apartments and offices are within a few blocks as well. People walk and bike everywhere. I scoot. It is my kind of place. The front after renovations in 2007. Our house since 1997.

This was taken back when I still had BleuBelle. Thanks to Google, you can see her in the carport with my GTS 300 (and my old Honda Civic). This is a 'trailer' (manufactured) home in the US. They take the wheels when they put it on the foundation lifts. But technically it's still a mobile home, with 12 ft ceilings and a fireplace. |

Here's our orange, red, and green 1928 craftsman bungalow. Always a work in progress. These are from when we first moved in a few years ago. We've been slooowly renovating the interior.

Just a modest 3-bedroom house in an ordinary subdivision of houses exactly like it.
The reason we bought this specific house was the detached workshop directly behind the garage. |

They're all so nice! Does no one else live in a janky little 1 Bedroom like mine? No pics of the inside but this crumbling little sign did sell me on the place!

I have an aunt in Sebring, and I'd love to convince my wife to retire there. I need people to tell her there aren't any bugs in the South first, though... Cheers!
