No idea what the actual stall current of the starter motor is, but the usual relay used for Piaggio 500's (not the MP3) is rated at 90A. So lets double that as the optimal CCA available - yep, 180A.
Note that once the starter has actually started turning, the current draw drops right down, even under the heavy load of the high compression thumper engines. I doubt the actual cranking amps are much over 30A, and in a working engine it only has to turn twice to fire up - all over in less than a second.
