Jon I took a closer look and there's actually 2 magnets missing. Just curius but how would the missing magnets show up in the running of the bike? Keep in mind I only ran it a bit and because I;m a Harley guy I really wouldn't know a good running vespa from a crappy running scooter.

The deal there is that flywheel is probably off balanced. Those did not come off when you road it, they were off before that.

I can't tell what is going on with your ignition. Vbb type engine running some kind of Ducati type stator with an HT Coil and who the heck knows what else. It certainly is cobbled together.
