They are attached using an allen bolt, so I get my allen tip in my screwdriver, applied force and... the bolt didn't move, but its head is now rounded, so it's impossible to unscrew the bolt
Any idea how can I unscrew this f*****g bolt?

Yes, bought 2 new handlebar end plugs for my 500, and this morning tried to replace the old ones.

Drill off the head, take off the old end-weight, spin off the remaining stub with pliers/mole-grips, whatever.

Now I have another problem with the other side The bolt went out easily, and the end plug, but the new one dont fit. The new bolt is different size, and the plug itself need to be inserted more than the original. Looking at the new one, it's supposed to be replaced fully (also the inside part of the handlebar, subber + nut), but mine is stuck. I tried pulling from the bolt while almost totally unscrew, but no luck... Probably this part should be also drilled away... can anyone confirm this, please? Adding a pic of the new ones.

An easyout tool is want you need...
Any good tool supplier will assist you.... Aldens would be your best bet.... Maksors method is the simplest if you have some torx bits. http://www.bmwscotter.org/tools/easy-out/easy-out.htm |

Ahem - you are trying to affix a bar-end designed for open-ended bars. The Piaggio range of bikes have welded-in 6mm nuts - just get some 6mm bolts of a suitable length and forget the expansion rubber and nut'n'bolt provided with your esoteric bar-ends.
