I got the toscuno type R850 cover recommended for MP3 400ie a few months ago. Now the first snow flies & I go to put the thing on, and I swear it must have been made for a different kind of MP3.
Laying out the cover on the ground, it looks like a Manta ray. 2 horns (tarp material ) that are supposed to be pulled forward either side of the steering post & fastened using the screws already on the machine.
Excuse me, but there is no lateral break below the windscreen area........that's the instrument cluster. It's all one contiguous mass.
Has anyone else gotten the leg cover, and if so what model,.........er...........which item
REALLY works.
This back and forth across the pond has gotten old real quick.

[By the way I found the windshield bolts in the plastic bag,..........in my sock drawer]

I'm still missing a couple of 10mm bolts and some washers from my crash bar installation. Could you check your sock drawer for them? Thanks! Laughing emoticon

OK so it is a "Termoscud® R085"
The problem seems to be that this was not THE correct cover for an MP3, though it is the one marketed for it. Closer look at the images of the instruction sheets (no matter which language) doesn't show a double front wheel at all.
So if this isn't, what is ? ? ?

I'd say contact the store you got it from and explain your mistake and see if they will do an exchange for you. What was the exact wording on the product page? Can you provide us a link to where you bought it so we can see? If they are advertising poorly or misleadingly, that needs to be addressed, especially with regards to your situation.

You have the wrong cover, the R062 is for the MP3 400 and 500.

I have the R062 also and it fits great on my MP3 500. It was an easy install and the only problem I've had is one screw worked its way out and I just screwed it back in.

No, you have to order any of the leg covers from the EU or UK.

Went through eBay from the UK.
I've already sent an inquiry re : the leg cover. Purchase was 25 Oct. Long past any return deadline, all I could do was to accept my own responsibility for the error and ask if I could exchange the R085 for a R062.........no money, except for me paying any postage.
I'm now waiting for a response back from across the pond.

I got mine through Urbanrider in the UK. Great service and helpful over the phone. I'd use them again.
