I'm not sure *I* would trust a vacuum-mount attachment for a video cam, even if that cam was a Go-Pro. BTW, that assumes this was recorded with a Go-Pro?

yes it is true it is a gopro. I have two gopro that function permanently. one on my motorcycle helmet . is another one that I fixed everywhere.
it allows Having different , angle of views .
