Hi. New to the forum. I'm stripping my 2008 LX150 to take it to a paint shop due to some scratches. Since the color is very hard to match, I'll have it paint completely. I've already stripped it down to the chasis, but I can't seem to find a way to take the front fender without disassembling the front fork. Is there a way?

Thanks!

You'll want the front fork out of the way anyway for a complete paint job. Quite easy to do - headset covers off, pinch-bolt undone, handlebars off, wheel off, brake caliper off, speedo disconnected at the wheel hub, undo the locking rings and the fork should slide out nice'n'easy.

Thank you so much for the quick answer. I'll get to it now and tell you how it goes.
