Im looking to buy a Vespa LX150.
I'm a college student in Flagstaff Arizona & my parents live in the Monterey bay area, so near either would be ideal.
I'm looking to spend around 2000$ or less for my scooter(college student, tight budget. I'm sure you understand) and any model year is fine.
