Had the oil changed, belt/rollers and rear tire all done at one time. About a week or 2 later I hit 7K miles and this wrench started flashing, is this a reminder to have the maintanance done according to the service manual? If so is there a way I can reset it?

Yep.

500 owner's manual, pages 12-13. The reset procedure is on page MAIN-2 of the service manual. Both are available in the wiki.
