Get some touch up paint, some 1500-2000 grit wet sand paper.
Paint a few layers, then wet sand. It should look fine.
Then buff out with fine compound.

Pick up some touch up enamel in the car section. Mix your colors to get the one you want and fill it in with the brush provided in the bottle. You don't have to worry about all that sanding.
