On way home waiting to turn left into a left only dual carriageway. Me and Watson stationary
Man behind me decides he's not going to look in front of him before he turns left and hits me up the arse and pushes me into the carriageway

Witnessed by a nice lady who stopped

No visible damage (crash bars hurrah!) but I don't know what's underneath

I call police to attend - they report for careless driving. Witness confirms

Crash bars are good for that type of rear shunt. Hopefully they've taken the worst of the force.

Damn and blast-I do hope you are ok Kitty. Be sure to check the crash bar mounting points which may be distal to the collision point but may have absorbed any impact.

Ditto Ash's point - check all the mount points and anywhere where the force might have transferred, and get it looked over by a trained eye (Scootech?), especially as Watson is so new. When someone ran into the back of my car at low speed when I was stationery, the insurance assessor picked up several things I'd never have spotted...

Hope all gets sorted soonest!
