Modern Vespa

Hello everyone,

Loving the MP3-500LT, but with the tilt lock, immobiliser and centre stand, it seems a bit odd that unless you use the steering lock you can still open the storage compartments by pressing the buttons on the handlebar.

Even more annoying is that when I have the mirrors adjusted the way I like, with the main stem pushed away from me, turning the bars far enough for the lock moves the mirror.

Is there any way to avoid this?

Nature of the beast with the handlebar buttons. Only way around it would be a trailing edge timer and a relay. It would allow you say 1-5 minutes after you turn off the key to use the buttons, then lock them out.
