FWIW Matt Groening (rhymes with raining) is the creator of The Simpsons and David X Cohen is the force behind Futurama.

Hey... Wait a minute. On Monday I noticed I was up to four roundels. Now this afternoon I see that I have three and a half. Not that those things don't happen, but .... May I say WTF??? I can't imagine anything that I said in the last few days that was in the negative or offensive... Certainly not enough to get a negative enough to go down half a roundel. I'm a bit put off here. Someone is being a bit mean methinks.

There is a possible cheaper option, although it may take some work to find the right place. Call an FBO (Fixed Base Operator) in your area, there maybe one that is willing to give rides and do the zero g maneuver or what is called the floating pen trick. If someone will do the flight, it may run in the $200-$300 range depending on length of flight and actual costs which can vary depending on area or equipment cost. It may have to be in an aerobatic aircraft which will may have more restrictive limits.
The thing about it is you would be able to get brief experiences with zero g's but you would have to be buckled in so it wouldn't be what you see in the video where they are moving around and jumping. |

I saw a clip on Monday on the CNN webpage about an outfit flying an old jet trainer for fighter jet flights and a twin turboprop for 0G flights for civilians...
I'll see later if I can find the clip again. |

Wish he had a cargo plane in the fleet, but they're private planes not commercial, so they are small Pipers and Cessna. |

For the well-heeled amongst us, there is the 'slightly' more expensive ten to fifteen minute version being offered by Virgin Galactic right here in New Mexico. Our state (one of the poorest in the country) even built the first official 'spaceport' available for commercial use to accommodate the passengers!, at a cost of only $200+ million...
I think flights start at about $250,000 apiece and they have several hundred reservations. Regular commercial flights are supposed to start as early as this winter. http://www.virgingalactic.com http://www.virgingalactic.com/booking/ ![]() The mothership...
