UPS delivers the package to your local post office, which processes it as ordinary mail, which delays delivery for at least one more day. It may be cheaper, but it sucks!

Remember the old saying "you get what you pay for"? If you want it delivered by a certain time/date, then don't get the "cheaper" option.

Quite frankly, I don't know. As I recall, this was the only option other than a fairly pricey overnight air delivery.
