Who rides an MP3 trike conversion in Louisville, KY?

Holly and I were making a run for bolts last Saturday morning in my pickup. At the corner of Palatka and Manslik Road we both spotted a Black MP3 with a trike kit. The fellow riding it was with two guys on Harleys we think (neither of us were focused on the other bikes).

I tried to go slow for him to catch up but it never happened.

Who is that masked man riding with the big dogs? HELP

Excuse my ignorance, but what is an MP3 trike kit? The thing is already a trike. I just can't wrap my head around this...

2 added wheels to the rear , so the mp3 would become a mp5.
