Forgive the possible redundancy

I have been fouling spark plugs like mad. I have been running a B6ES to help with the issue but even that fouled. So I am going to rejet the carb but I have a couple of questions I have a range of jets now and it isn't clear to me how the main separates from the stack. Do I just pull does it twist? Also I assume I should reset everything to default and go from there right? Any help as always is appreciated

youll notice the main at about 3 quarter to full throttle

id be suprised if it was stalling because of the main jet

It doesn't stall. It won't start after it sets from the ride in change the plug and it fires right up. They come out black and sooty from the 20 mile mostly 3/4 and up throttle ride in. When it gets in the upper rev range it breaks up a bit and won't get past a certain point

You should be running a B7ES or B8ES on a P200.

Yep that's why I'm doing this. A B8ES won't run hardly at all. The B7ES will last about 100 miles. Would like to be able to get the 8 to work.

The bike was set up like a drag bike with no filter no rubber on the carb etc adding the filter has really made things a bit rich. The idle jet is stock so I doubt that's where the issue is
