During the Amerivespa rally, the p200 clutch started to grab and shudder.

Got around to looking under there now that it is not 110 during the day and I lost the bolt at the top.

Loose cover like that, it seems like the clutch might not engage smoothly.

Reasonable? or tear it down further?

I can see where that might flex under enough tension enough to cause poor operation it only take a little bit to put the clutch out of whack.

I'd replace the bolt first and see what happens. That's just me though, I always go for the easy way out first.
